Notes

Stephen Walker is an Australian actor whose earliest acting experience began as an eleven year old making super 8 films at school in the ‘70s. In the decades since, Stephen has worked across TV, feature film, web-series, short film and stage. Stephen’s first professional role was on Puberty Blues (1981), directed by Bruce Beresford. Some of his 2018 credits include Deputy Sheriff Al Card in Deadly Women (Beyond Entertainment, Season 12); Angel Wilson in the independent feature The Boe Sisters (Goldfish Productions); and Antonio Lombardi in the series Made For This (Highlight Pictures). Stephen continually builds on his range of acting techniques and most recently has studied the Chubbuck Technique with acclaimed actor, Anthony Brandon Wong through workshops and coaching; and continues to build on his US accent including with California based coach Rowena Balos. Stephen is a former cop and detective (Australian Federal Police) and has received training in firearms and the use of accoutrements (e.g. handcuffs, baton etc). Stephen has also spent many years behind the cameras in both sound recording and camera roles (16mm through tape to digital) beginning work at ATN Seven in Sydney at age 17 and later as a forensic videographer in the Australian Federal Police.
