Notes

FULL CLIP LIBRARY OF WORK: http://sallymclean.com/videos/ Sally is currently the Creator (and cast member) of the multi award-winning web series, "Shakespeare Republic" (http://www.shakespearerepublic.com), also starring Nadine Garner, Alan Fletcher, Michala Banas, Christopher Kirby, Dean Haglund and more. The series has now been officially selected for over 100 international web and film festivals and won over 50 awards from around the globe, including the prestigious CINE Golden Eagle Award (USA) for Best Digital Series alongside winners from National Geographic Channel, Oprah Network and Variety Online. In 2020, she directed and produced the third season of the series - "Shakespeare Republic: #AllTheWebsAStage (The Lockdown Chronicles)" (http://www.allthewebsastage.com), directing actors with credits from The Globe Theatre London, New York Shakespeare In The Park and more in real time via Zoom around the world . In December 2021 "Shakespeare Republic" was named the "Most Awarded Anthology Series" of 2021 and listed in the Top 10 Web Series in the world (WSWC, 2021). All three seasons were invited and are now part of the official collection at the National Film And Sound Archive in Canberra (NFSA) and the series was mentioned as an "Acquisition Highlight" in the NFSA Annual Report for 2019. The most recent accolade for Sally personally was receiving the "Best Actress in a Web Series" Award from the Unrestricted View Film Festival (UK) from a jury consisting of industry professionals including execs from various broadcasters and streaming networks in the UK. In March 2020, Sally joined the award-winning online UK-based theatre collective "The Show Must Go Online" as an ensemble member, who produced all 36 plays from Shakespeare's First Folio over 2020 featuring actors from the RSC, Globe Theatre, National Theatre UK, New York Shakespeare In The Park, Broadway and the West End. Sally played roles in three productions for the company, including "Katherina" in The Taming of the Shrew opposite Miguel Perez (Othello, The Public Theatre New York Shakespeare in the Park) and "Queen Katherine" in Henry VIII opposite Joyce Branagh (Actor/Director and sister to Kenneth). In December 2020, Sally was nominated in The Groundlings Choice Awards (UK) for “Outstanding Performance in a Principal Role” for her work as "Queen Katherine" in Henry VIII for the company.
