Melbourne-based performer Amy Jones (Actor, Musician) has a warm, intriguing and youthful presence which could see her believability range comfortably from cheeky to edgy yet still with a girl-next-door familiarity. With the wisdom and charm of an older woman of more life experience however, she is able to comfortably play any type of millennial role from hipster artist, to tech-head, to drug addict or young mum. Amy is in fact a mother of two gorgeous mixed-race children who are also available for casting alongside her as well as being an avid skateboarder, and a professional singer-songwriter and guitar player. VCA graduate of 2012, Amy has the gravitas and life experience to play deep emotion with authenticity, the charisma to play lightness with integrity and intellect to play both comedy and drama with complexity. Appearances of note include Apple TV’s Shantaram and a Smarttraveller Ad campaign. She has also released an album independently in 2022 under the moniker Rat Child, entitled ‘My Morning and Afternoon’s Work’.
