Notes

Anya is a New Zealand-American actress of Indian descent, most recently known for Season 10 of THE BLACKLIST as new series regular ‘Siya Malik’. Anya is a graduate of the Columbia University MFA Acting Program. During her studies Anya performed and wrote a two-hander play called APOLOGIES TO THE BENGALI LADY which she performed in in DC, New York City and at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, where it received rave reviews including four stars from The Scotsman. Other screen work includes short films SPEAK TO ME for USC School of Cinematic Arts and BURIED AND FORGOTTEN for Awadh Productions. A bilingual singer, dancer, and clown, Anya is passionate about art that both fosters intercultural relations. Anya is a dual American and New Zealand citizen, and is based in New York City.
