Kayla is 21 years young and has been involved in the creative arts industry since she was 15. Elliott was in Theatre Theatre Productions for three productions in 2018, 'When You Thought the World was Normal', 'Cinderella and Tricking the Tiger' and 'Seuss'. These projects shaped her relationships with younger peers and theatre producers, honing in her theatre presence. From 2019 until 2020, Miss Elliott attended Rochdale Theatre productions 'The Steel Magnolias' and 'Witches' as a backstage hand and front of house crew. She learned to prioritise teamwork with theatre industry professionals and time management for the success of each production. In 2022, she was cast in her first professional theatre role as Lucy Westenra in 'Dracula' with the Lismore Theatre Company, and also starred as Monique Yasmin Brooks in D-Vine Drama Company's 'Showcase: Origins' to finish off the year with a bang! With an interest in reading, she has completed a Certificate III in Library and Information Services at TAFE NSW. Her hobbies include art making (sketching, painting, journaling, etc.), singing pop music, reading, and watching surreal movies. She also participates as a volunteer usher for the Northern Rivers Performing Arts in her free time. She wishes to expand her career into screen and media through commercial work, extra work and or supporting or leading acting.
