Melanie Beddie is a graduate of Sydney University and VCA Theatre where she trained as an actor. She works as an actor, dramaturg and director.
She has 30 years experience in theatre, film and TV. On TV he has appeared on Newtons Law, Wentworth, Blue Heelers, Skirts and MDA. Her film work includes Blessed and Balibo.She has appeared in numerous commercials,
On stage, she has worked for various companies including MTC, Playbox, Hothouse, ANPC, Playworks, La Mama, and STC.
Malanie is thrilled to have returned to freelance life which allows her to focus once again on acting, having taught acting at VCA over the last ten years, alongside her directorial work and completing a PhD in Actor Training.
