Notes

Michaela is an actor and producer based in Melbourne, Australia. Her screen credits include the US series Preacher, leads in commercials and short films. Her favourite theatre credits include playing Juliet and Lady Macbeth in over 300 performances for Complete Works Theatre, and Delia in The Mound Builders for Ward Studios. Inspired by funny, progressive, juicy texts with female voices at their heart, Michaela founded Thursday’s Child Theatre to collaborate with a melting pot of artists. Their inaugural production Slut received critical acclaim and was featured as a must-see in The Age. She was awarded the William P. Carr scholarship, Kingston Art’s New Blood award, a development with NIDA to develop feminist work The World Isn’t Made for Them, and a scholarship to train with Theatre De Los Sentidos.
