I am a highly experienced improviser, and would stress that this is my primary skill.
After completing The Improv Conspiracy's 5-level (40 week) course over 2016/17, I was immediately invited to join a house team as part of Harold Night.
Soon after, I was invited to join the cast of The Remix, the theatre's flagship show, and was a founding member of the cast for a new flagship, F*** This, I Quit. Between these shows and independently sought performances, I have appeared in well over 300 improv productions.
I have co-created and produced a number of monthly shows for the theatre, with The Cool & Smart Very Funny Comedy Hour (performed alongside Barney Pollock) having run since 2021. This show is highly regarded and is the most commercially successful show at the theatre, regularly selling out and attracting rave reviews from audiences and critics. Cool & Smart have never failed to be nominated for an annual award by the 1000+ member community and have won several times.
Additionally, I began teaching improv in 2019 and have instructed over 300 students in that time. As with Cool & Smart, I have personally been nominated for Best Teacher at the annual TIC awards.
My improv style has been described as 'high energy, satirical, and downright bizarre', 'akin to a chaotic, live-action cartoon show', 'anarchic, theatrical, and post-modern', and 'guaranteeing a crazy, high-octane experience that leaves audiences buzzing'.
I currently appear weekly on Harold Night as a member of The Academy, and continue to perform monthly with Cool & Smart. I am also a member of house sketch team BlowJabbaJabba, who also write & perform a new show each month.
