Nicole (Nic) Verhoeven is a 2003 graduate from Theatre Nepean with a BA in Performance. Since graduating, she has performed with numerous professional companies including CUT Theatre; Alchemy Theatre; The Acting Factory and Blender Productions, as well as competing in three Short+Sweet Festivals.
Her professional credits include the roles of Edmund; Conrad; Phoebe and Titania from Shakespeare's plays, as well as critically acclaimed Abby in the world premier production of 'Room'.
She also directed 'MacBeth (an adaptation)' twice, once for The Acting Factory and once for Blender Productions. This production received rave reviews for it's fresh approach and disturbing view to Shakespeare's bloodiest text.
Nicole is also an accomplished Advanced Level Stage Combatant accredited by SAFDi and has twice attended the International Order of the Sword & Pen ‘Paddy Crean Workshop’ in Banff, Canada. She is fluent in all forms weaponry and unarmed combat and has also choreographed for The Bell Shakespeare 'Actors at Work' program, and taught for NIDA's Open Program.
