Stephanie Jack 卢恩典 (lú ēn diăn) is a Singaporean-Chinese and Australian actor, singer, and writer. She played Megan Lang in the critically-acclaimed comedy series Deadloch (Amazon Prime Video). In 2023, Stephanie stepped into the lead role of Michelle Law's play Miss Peony with just 72 hours notice, playing the role for the play's season at Belvoir St and national tour. Stephanie graduated top of her B.A Drama cohort at the University of Bristol (UK) and completed an M.F.A Acting at Harvard's American Repertory Theater Institute, including a semester abroad at the Moscow Art Theatre School. Her other stage and screen credits include Rosehaven (ABC), Bay of Fires (ABC), New York Times Critics’ Pick musical, The Light Princess, and Archipelago Productions’ The Maids with Essie Davis and Marta Dusseldorp. In 2019, Stephanie moved to Shanghai to study Mandarin and kung fu, documenting her journey via a vlog called Mixed Up. With the support of Asialink, Arts Tasmania, and a Regional Arts Fund Fellowship, she is now developing a play inspired by her time in China, Mixed Feelings. In 2022 Stephanie was commissioned by Salamanca Arts Centre to co-write 'Mouthful of C words' under the mentorship of dramaturg Chris Mead, which premiered in at MONA FOMA 2023.
