Notes

Trained at the Victorian College of the Arts, Madi has experience writing and performing across stage and screen. She is currently performing a national tour with 'Roald Dahl and the Imagination Seekers', with recent performance credits including Catching Jack (MICF, Adelaide Fringe), Sammy J (ABC), and At Home Alone Together (ABC). Madi is one-third of the comedy trio Big Big Big, the team behind the scripted podcast The Candyman (2021). Since its release, the series has topped international Apple Podcast Charts, was featured on ABC Radio Melbourne, CBC/Radio One Canada, NPR’s Pop Culture Happy Hour, and nominated for ‘Best Comedy Podcast’ at the 2021 Australian Podcast Awards. In March 2021, Big Big Big debuted their live narrative sketch show, Catching Jack, at the 2021 Melbourne International Comedy Festival to a sold-out season and rave reviews. Catching Jack has since toured to the Adelaide Fringe, and returned to MICF in 2022. Madi has trained in improvised comedy through The Improv Conspiracy, Laugh Masters Academy and Upright Citizens Brigade, and has performed with Soothplayers across multiple festival seasons, including the MICF and Adelaide Fringe. A Melbourne Uni Law Revue alumni, Madi wrote and performed in the 2018 production where she was nominated for Best Comedic Performance and directed the 2019 show, which went on to win Most Outstanding Production.
