Ben Black grew up on a farm in Hawkes Bay New Zealand and got his start working in Musical Theatre from an early age. After moving to London and training in Shakespeare, Ben then attended drama school and settled in Auckland, and has been working in the industry for the past 8 years including local projects from New Zealand such as "The Cul De Sac" "Filthy Rich" "Head High" and "Shortland Street". As well as international projects on Netflix including "Roman Empire", "Black Christmas", and "One of Us is Lying". After taking a break from acting, Ben has returned to the industry with purpose, and has just come off his most recent project "My Life is Murder." Ben is a creative and charming performer that dedicates himself generously and authentically to all of the work he approaches.
