BIO Beginning her acting career trained in theatre and film Sumi had begun her training with Priscilla Jackman NIDA Director on 2012 Stage, Running for Freedom, NSW State Festival. She moved on to film where she attended Screenwise Showreel course for a year in 2018. Shortly after signing up with Ryan Hall Management she has booked two TVC’s airing around Australia. She has also been working with Anthony Wong training in the Chubbuck technique, and training her US accent with accent coach Barbara Hastings. Her skills include years of training as a singer. She is also bilingual as she grew up learning Tamil. Her hobbies include song writing as a rap and RNB artist. She also spends time swimming on her days off and playing soccer. Her love of action and drama has her busy learning martial arts on the weekends. Sumi’s study continues with short courses, workshops and private coaching.
