Anais Shand is a 17-year old actor based in Auckland, New Zealand. Anais’ first role on screen was alongside a young Austin Butler in THE SHANNARA CHRONICLES, and she has been in love with acting ever since. Notable highlights for Anais include ‘Lucy’, a young girl living with an abusive father in THE GULF, and ‘Dora’ on the BBC/TVNZ/Seven Network series MYSTIC, where she got to work with horses, acting underwater and period costumes. Most recently Anais has appeared in the Peacock series ONE OF US IS LYING and local comedy series RAISED BY REFUGEES 2. Alongside acting, Anais is a professionally-trained dancer, having studied commercial jazz and hip hop for over 10 years, and has a regular practise in piano and guitar.
